摘要
研究了在无水乙醇-盐水介质中,琥乙红霉素与二甲酚橙能发生电荷转移反应,生成电荷转移型络合物,据此建立了琥乙红霉素荷移光度分析的新方法。实验最大吸收波长为580 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.82×103L·mol-1·cm-1线性回归方程为y=1.245x-0.0598,相关系数r=0.9997,琥乙红霉素的量在200-600μg/10 m L范围内服从比尔定律。方法灵敏度较高、选择性和重现性好,用于琥乙红霉素片及琥乙红霉素胶囊中琥乙红霉素含量的测定,其相对标准偏差为0.23%-0.75%,加标回收率为99.0%-101%。
A novel spectrophotometric method for the determination of erythromycin ethylsuccinate was established based on the charge transfer reaction between ethylsuccinate and xylenolorange in ethanol-salt water.The apparent molar absorptivity of the color compleex was 9.82 × 103L·mol-1·cm-1at 580 nm.The linear regression equation was y =1.245x-0.0598.Beers law was obeyed in the range of 200 - 600 μg /10 m L of erythromycin ethylsuccinate correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The method has high sensitivity,good selectivity and reproducibility for the determination of erythromycin ethylsuccinate in erythromycin ethylsuccinate tablets with RSD of 0.23% - 0.75%,and recoveries between99.0% - 101%.
