摘要
煤层气钻机起下钻抓手是一种用于煤层气钻机快速起下钻的专用装置。通过分析起下钻抓手结构强度特点,选择主要承载部件接头体进行强度分析。将由solidedge绘制的接头体三维模型导入ABAQUS,对接头体进行网格划分,选取单元类型以及确定边界条件,完成了接头体有限元模型建立。在强力起拔极限工况下对接头体进行了分析。结果表明,在该工况下,接头体的强度完全符合设计要求,最终通过物理样机性能试验,对煤层气钻机起下钻抓手强度分析结果进行验证。
The tripping clamp for CBM rig is a dedicated device used in rapid tripping of CBM drilling operation. By analyzing the structure characteristics of tripping clamp,the strength analysis of the slips was carried out on slips of main load-supporting component. The3 D model of the slips which is built in solidedge was introduced into ABAQUS. The finite element model of the slips is built by meshing,selecting the element type and defining the boundary conditions. The analysis of the slips is made in strong pulling condition,and the result shows that the strength of the slips meets the design requirements. Finally the result of strength analysis was verified by the performance test of physical prototype.
