摘要
目的:探讨青年人在受到上海话和普通话刺激时脑功能激活区的差异。方法:选取6名上海本地人、6名非上海本地人接受上海话或普通话双音节词发音听觉任务刺激,并用反馈键判断所听双音节词是否与实际词一致,所获得数据进行统计学分析。结果:上海本地人听普通话和上海话脑功能激活区域无统计学差异,而非上海本地人听普通话和上海话脑功能激活区有显著性差异(P<0.001)。上海本地人与非上海本地人在听普通话和上海话时,双侧大脑的颞上回、额下回、额中回、顶内沟、枕叶、棱状回、中央前回和辅助运动皮质区均有激活。上海本地人听普通话时,双侧颞上回、枕叶激活较听上海话强,但听上海话时激活范围比听普通话时更大。非上海本地人在听普通话时辅助皮质区激活范围大于上海话刺激,听上海话时顶内沟有激活而听普通话时没有,且枕叶激活也比听普通话激活范围大。结论:上海话和普通话两种语言任务的脑区激活特点反映了不同语言者在接受不同语言刺激时具有相对独特的脑加工过程。
Purpose: To explore the differences of brain functional activated regions in youth when listening Shanghai dialect and mandarin. Methods: Twelve healthy volunteers(6 Shanghai natives and 6 non-Shanghai natives) who were subjected to disyllable pronunciation hearing stimulation task of Shanghai dialect and mandarin were enrolled. The consistence of the disyllable pronunciation heard by volunteers and the actual words was judged by pressing the feedback buttons. The obtained data were statistically analyzed. Results: There was no difference of activated regions between listening to Shanghai dialect and mandarin in Shanghai natives; there were significant differences of activated regions between listening to Shanghai dialect and mandarin in non-Shanghai natives(P〈0.001). Bilateral superior temporal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, intraparietal sulcus, occipital lobe, fusiform gyrus, anterior central gyrus and auxiliary motor cortex area of the brain were activated when stimulated by Shanghai dialect and mandarin in both Shanghai natives and non-Shanghai natives. The activation of bilateral superior temporal gyrus and occipital lobe stimulated by mandarin was stronger than that by listening to Shanghai dialect in Shanghai natives, but the range was greater when listening to Shanghai dialect. The activated regions of auxiliary cortex stimulated by mandarin was greater than that by Shanghai dialect in non-Shanghai natives; the intraparietalsulcus was activated with respect to listening to Shanghai dialect in non-Shanghai natives instead of listening to mandarin, furthermore, the activated regions of occipital lobe were greater in comparison with listening to mandarin. Conclusion: The activation characteristics of Shanghai dialect and mandarin languages task reflected that the differentlanguage-speaking youth showed a relatively unique brain processing procedure stimulated by different languages..
