摘要
目的探究分析头孢呋辛钠在白内障扶贫复明手术中对眼内感染的预防作用。方法选取95例行白内障扶贫复明手术的白内障患者为研究对象,随机将所选患者分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=47),其中对照组患者在手术过程中应用0.3%氧氟沙星滴眼液,观察组患者在手术中注射0.1 m L浓度头孢呋辛钠,分析2组患者的眼内感染率及临床效果。结果观察组患者术后的眼压和内皮细胞指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后不良反应率(8.33%)与对照组(23.40%)对比差异显著(P<0.05);且观察组患者术后眼内感染率(0)显著优于对照组(8.51%),观察组患者术后视力脱盲率(93.75%)及脱残率(83.33%)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化术联合头孢呋辛钠应用于白内障患者的临床治疗具有显著的临床疗效,能够有效保护术后眼压,预防术后眼内感染,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To explore value of cefuroxime sodium in the prevention of poverty alleviation cataract intraocular infection in cataract surgery. Methods 95 patients with cataract surgery as the research object,the selected patients were randomly divided into observation group( n = 48)and control group( n = 47),the control group patients during surgery was given 0. 3% ofloxacin eye drops,observation group of patients during surgery was given injection of 0. 1 m L of cefuroxime sodium,the two groups of patients with intraocular infection rate and clinical effect were analysisd. Results The observation group of patients with postoperative intraocular pressure and endothelial cells were significantly better than that of control group( P〈0. 05),the observation group of patients with postoperative adverse reaction rate( 8. 33%) compared with control group( 23. 40%) had significant difference( P〈0. 05); And observation group of patients with postoperative intraocular infection( 0) was significantly better than the control group( 8. 51%),the observation group of patients with postoperative visual literacy rate( 93. 75%) and to take off the residual rate( 83. 33%) were significantly better than that of control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Cataract phaco joint cefuroxime sodium applied in clinical treatment of cataract patients has good remarkable clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the postoperative intraocular pressure,prevent postoperative intraocular infection,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
