摘要
目的探究红霉素软膏外用联合中药坐浴治疗老年肛管炎临床疗效。方法选取绍兴第二医院肛肠科收治的老年肛管炎患者80例,根据随机对照表分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例,2组均实施常规治疗以及对症治疗,对照组给予消疮坐浴剂,1剂/次,2次/天;试验组在对照组的基础上给予红霉素软膏外用涂抹,2~3次/天。2组患者一个周期为7 d,共治疗2个周期。治疗结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、肛门下坠、疼痛症等症状消失时间、血清VEGF水平、不良反应以及复发率。结果与对照组治疗后相比,试验组临床总有效率较高（P〈0.05）,肛门下坠、疼痛症状消失时间缩短（P〈0.05）,血清VEGF水平较低（P〈0.05）。2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义,试验组复发率较低（P〈0.05）。结论红霉素软膏外用联合中药坐浴治疗老年肛管炎的临床疗效佳,有效缩短治疗时间,降低血清VEGF水平,改善临床症状,药物安全性高。
Objective To investigate effect of erythromycin ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath in treatment of proctodaeum inflammation. Methods 80 patients with proctodaeum inflammation were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group in our hospital with 40 cases in each group. Two groups were both treated by routine treatment and symptomatic treatment. The control group were treated by eliminate sore sitz bath agent,agent one time per day,2 times per day. The experimental group were treated on the basis of control group with erythromycin ointment smear,2-3 times per day. Patients in 2 groups received a period of 7d,a total of 2 cycles of treatment. The clinical curative effect,anal straining,pain and other symptoms disappeared time,serum VEGF level,adverse reaction and recurrence rate were compared after treatment. Results Compared with control group post-treatment,the total clinical efficiency were higher（ P〈0. 05）,the anal straining and pain symptoms disappear time were shorter（ P〈0. 05）,the serum VEGF level were lower（ P〈0. 05）. Adverse reactions of two groups,the difference was not statistically significant. The recurrence rate in experimental group were lower（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of erythromycin ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath in treatment of senile proctodaeum inflammation is good,effectively shorten the treatment time,decrease the levels of serum VEGF,improve the clinical symptoms,drug safety is high.
