摘要
运用规范化的定性技术分析我国22家企业,探讨全球价值链中我国制造企业通过网络权力获取竞争优势的具体路径。运用质性分析方法对27个实地文本数据进行扎根分析,探索影响企业竞争优势的网络权力因素。研究发现:全球价值链中企业网络权力包括技术、结构、认同和制度4个属性。企业需对网络格局进行重构以突破既有企业间的关系定式,改变在价值链中的地位,获取竞争优势。网络权力对竞争优势影响路径的本质是对关键资源控制基础上的制度安排重构过程,是包含创新战略选择在内的全球价值链治理微观问题。
This paper analyzes 22 enterprises by the standard qualitative analysis, and explores the path of network power on competitive advantage in Global Value Chain. It analyzes the text data by grounded theory, tries to study how the network power affects enterprise competitive advantage. Result finds four functions of network power as following, there are technolo- gy power, construction power, referent power and institution power. Chinese manufacturers in Global Value Chain need to reconstruct network pattern, broke through established ways of enterprises relationships, change status and gain competition advantage. The influence path of network power on the competitive advantage is an institutional reconstruction process based on the key resource in essence. It is also a microcosmic problem of strategic choice that relates to Global Value Chain gov-ernange.
