摘要
在对新能源汽车产业技术链的概念及构成进行分析的基础上,分析了新能源汽车产业技术链中知识权利存在的现状,并给出其演进中知识权利演进的数理描述。在此基础上,分析了新能源汽车产业技术链中知识权利演化结构的影响因素、阶段特征以及不同阶段演化进程的数理模型。本文的研究对推动新产业技术链中知识权利的分析将产生一定的理论指导作用。
Basing on current situation about conception and construction in the New Energy Resources Cars of Industry-technology Chain,the article analyzed the current situation about knowledge and right of in the New Energy Resources Cars of Industry-technology Chain,and provided mathematic describe among evolution.On the bases,it analyzed the influence factors,and characteristics in different stages,and mathematics model.The research can produce theory direction about knowledge and right revolution of industry-technology chain.
