摘要
越野车辆空气弹簧平衡悬架不同于钢板弹簧和油气弹簧,其限位装置应与受力规律及减振器安装相适应。结合工程实际,依据空气悬挂车桥具体特点,建立限位链U型螺栓的仿真模型,做动态及疲劳寿命分析,实现结构优化。
All terrain vehicle balance suspension with air spring is different from that with steel-belt spring or oil-air spring. The restrict installation must fit to aerostatics theory and buffer. Based on engineering practice, according to the characteristic of U-bolts of air suspension axle anchoring chain, its simulation model was built and dynamic analysis and fatigue life-span analysis were completed for structure optimization and reliability improving.
