摘要
通过对U型螺栓麻面试样进行检测,分析了麻面产生的原因,认为导致这种现象的主要原因是生产轧材的铸坯在连铸过程中保护渣进入了铸坯表面,由于保护渣的韧性差,轧制过程中不能随着基体延展,而是碎裂成小块,这些小块在轧制后与成品材的氧化铁皮混合在一起,当氧化铁皮去除后就形成许多凹坑,这些凹坑连在一起就形成了成品材上宏观的麻面形貌。
The reason for pockmark is analyzed by detecting the surface of U - bolt. The key factors of the surface pockmark are founded that casting powder flow into the billet surface during the continuous casting process. This kind of impurity cant be extended along the basic material in tile rolling process due to poor toughness, and they break into small pieces which will be mixed with the iron scale. When these small pieces were removed with the iron scale, many pits appear which form the macroscopic material pockmark defect.
