FROM CLASSIC PATTERN TO MODERN PATTERN: INSPIRATION FOR TOD MODE IN CHINESE CITIES

摘要分析了瑞典斯德哥尔摩的卫星城魏林比的经典TOD布局的建设,以及其在欧洲城市背景下取得成功的条件与限制,并对比分析了新加坡的整体TOD规划政策,分析了榜鹅新城TOD规划,阐述了多重交互的公共交通系统对人口密集的特大型城市的作用,以及对中国人口稠密的特大城市的公共交通引导城市发展的启发。 This paper tends to discuss the suitable TOD mode for high density Chinese cities through cases of Stockholm and Singapore. This paper analyzes the satellite city Vallingby of Stockholm, as a classic TOD pattern in the context of European cities, and discusses the condition its success and the restrictions. In the case of Singapore, this paper discusses the overall TOD policy, Punggol TOD new town planning and the multi-mode public transport system in the context of high density Asian cities, as an inspiration to the TOD mode for Chinese cities.
