摘要
目的对比不同温度下白纹伊蚊吸血、产卵等生殖营养习性的差异,探讨其生物学机制及在登革热传播中的意义。方法在实验室中分别以18、24、30℃3种温度条件饲养白纹伊蚊,定时人工饲血,记录并分析其产次、产卵量、产卵时间等差异。结果 18、24、30℃条件下白纹伊蚊生殖力有显著差异,一生产卵(吸血)次数中位数分别为1、3、4次,产卵量中位数分别为32、127、239个,生殖营养周期长度中位数分别为8、5、3 d。结论 30℃最适合白纹伊蚊繁衍,18℃生殖力明显降低,重复吸血习性在白纹伊蚊中普遍存在,不同环境因素下白纹伊蚊重复吸血习性的差异,可能成为影响登革热传播风险程度的重要因素。
Objective To compare the habits of blood-sucking and oviposition of Aedes albopictus at different temperatures,and investigate the biology mechanism and the significance of dengue transmission. Methods A.albopictus were raised under 3 temperature conditions( 18,24,30 ℃) by feeding blood regularly in the laboratory,the frequency of oviposition,egg amounts and other indicators were recorded. Results There was reliable difference in fecundity between 3 temperature groups. The median of oviposition( blood-sucking) times in a lifetime were 1,3 and4 for 18 ℃,24 ℃ and 30 ℃ groups respectively,while the median of egg amounts in a lifetime were 32,127 and 239 respectively,the median of gonotrophic cycle length were 8,5 and 3 days respectively. Conclusion The most appropriate temperature for A. albopictus to reproduce was 30 ℃,the fecundity of A. albopictus was decreased significantly under 18 ℃. The habits of sucking blood and oviposition repeatedly was widespread among the A.albopictus populations. The different behavior of repeated blood-sucking habits in various circumstance conditions could be important significance for the spread of dengue fever.
