摘要
观察了20—30℃五个不同温度的白纹伊蚊Aedes al?optctus Skuse实验种群生命生殖力表,所得有关种群动态参数的值包括净增殖率R_o、增殖能力r_c、内禀增长能力r_?、周限增长速率λ,瞬时出生率b和瞬时死亡率d均与温度呈正相关,而平均世代周期长T呈负相关。而且各参数对温度的变化是敏感的。在m_x值曲线图中,加用了同龄种群产卵数的百分构成比曲线,该曲线反映了种群中各年龄组雌蚊生殖能力的分布。本文应用v=λ^(X_?-X_1),以X_2-X_?=? 计算同龄雌蚊不同温度条件下平均预期寿命天数,一个雌蚊所产生的雌性个体,以25℃条件下的V值明显地高于其他四个实验温度。
This paper presents the results of studies on the life and fertility table of Aedes albopictus under different constant temperatures in the laboratory. The respective parameters relevant to population dynamics under 20±1℃, 23±1℃, 25±1℃, 28±1℃ and 30±1℃ are as follows: net reproductive rate (R.): 71.4963, 132.7201, 158.3178, 169.4196 and 176.6482; generation time (T): 51.9975, 46.1426, 38.2067, 32.8534 and 30.6426; capacity of increase (r): 0.0821, 0.1059, 0.1326, 0.1562 and 0.1689; innate capacity for increase (r.): 0.1006, 0.1361, 0.1858, 0.1997 and 0.2085; and finite rate of increase (A): 1.1058, 1.1458, 1.2042, 1.2210 and 1.2318. All of these parameters are closely correlated with the increase of temperature, indicating significantly the sensitivity of this species to the change of temperature. In addition to the mx curves of females, the curves of percentages of total number of eggs laid in different age were also plotted, which ccould reflect the fecundity of cohort population, and avoid misunderstanding the few residual females with individual differences of fecundity that result in a pesk of mx curve. From the equation v=>λ(x2-x2), suppose (x2-x1) = ex of each temperature, V values of different temperatures are 64.6137, 178.3178, 746.3934, 351.9731 and 230.6649 respectively, suggesting that at 25±1℃ one female produces the largest number of progeny in the days of life of expectancy.
