摘要
目的评价创建国家卫生城市对病媒生物防治工作的影响。方法配对选择20个卫生城市和20个非卫生城市,分析病媒生物防治工作的政府重视因素、工作开展因素和防治效果等方面的差异。结果国家卫生城市建成区面积和人均GDP与非卫生城市相比无显著差异(P>0.05);国家卫生城市与非卫生城市的管理制度、防治经费、编制人员、抗药性监测工作、病媒生物密度达标情况、病媒生物防治效果经统计学分析P<0.01;专业机构、专业机构管理间P<0.05;国家卫生城市均优于非国家卫生城市。结论创建国家卫生城市对推动病媒生物防治工作的开展具有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate influence of creating national healthy city on vector controlling work. Methods Selecting 20 national healthy cities and 20 non-healthy cities and analyze differences of various factors of vector control. Results There were little difference in built-up area and GDP per person between national healthy cities and non-healthy cities（ P〉0. 05）. Management system,funds,professional staff,surveillance for insecticide resistance,control for the vector and control effects were significantly different between national healthy cities and non- healthy cities（ P〈0. 01）. Highly significant difference in professional institute and management of professional institute were found between national healthy cities and non-healthy cities（ P〈0. 05）. National healthy cities were better than non-healthy cities. Conclusion Establishment of the national healthy city plays a positive role in promoting the work of vector control.
