摘要
目的:保障儿童安全、合理、有效用药,推动开展药学监护工作。方法:通过临床查房、提供药学信息、参与疑难病例讨论、接受药物咨询、点评门诊处方等方式参与儿科药学监护工作。结果与结论:药师在药物治疗过程中应承担起相应责任,充分发挥自己的专业特长,提供专业性服务,避免用药失误,保证药物治疗的安全与有效。
OBJECTIVE： To ensure a more safe,reasonable,effective and economical medication for children,and to promote the development of pharmaceutical service. METHODS： By the clinical rounds,provision of pharmacy information,participation of discussion of difficult medical cases,drug counseling,review of outpatient prescriptions,the pediatric pharmaceutical service were participated. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS： For a safe and effective drug therapy,the pharmacists should assume corresponding responsibility and give full play to their professional expertise to provide professional services and avoid medication errors.
