摘要
目的:比较奥卡西平和左乙拉西坦单药治疗伴中央颞区棘波的儿童良性癫痫的疗效。方法:选择锦州市妇婴医院2012年1月—2014年12月收治的108例伴中央颞区棘波的良性癫痫患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组患儿口服奥卡西平治疗,观察组患儿口服左乙拉西坦治疗,比较患儿的疗效与不良反应。结果:对照组患者的总有效率为79.63%(43/54),观察组为87.04%(47/54),观察组患儿的总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为为5.56%(3/54),对照组为27.78%(15/54),2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥卡西平和左乙拉西坦治疗伴中央颞区棘波的儿童良性癫痫疗效相当,左乙拉西坦的不良反应发生率明显低于奥卡西平。
OBJECTIVE： To compare the efficacy of oxcarbazepine and levetiracetam monotherapy in treatment of benign epilepsy children with centro-temporal spikes. METHODS： 108 benign epilepsy children with centro-temporal spikes admitted into the Maternal and Children Hospital of Jinzhou from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 54 cases in each. The control group were treated with oral oxcarbazepine,the observation group received oral levetiracetam; the efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 87. 03%（ 47 /54）,significantly higher than that of control group 79. 63%（ 43 /54）,with no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of the observation group was 5. 56%（ 3 /54）,and the control group was27. 78%（ 15 /54）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of oxcarbazepine and levetiracetam monotherapy in treatment of benign epilepsy children with centro-temporal spikes are equivalent,yet the incidence of adverse drug reactions of levetiracetam is significantly lower than that of oxcarbazepine.
