摘要
目的 探析不同类型婴幼儿癫痫应用左乙拉西坦单药治疗的临床效果和安全性.方法 选取本院2011年1月～2012年12月收治的50例不同类型婴幼儿癫痫患儿作为观察对象,入院后应用左乙拉西坦单药治疗,2次/d,服用起始总剂量为10mg/（kg·d）,根据患者的实际病情每5日增加5～10 mg/（kg·d）,维持治疗剂量为20～40mg/（kg·d）,约2周平均剂量增加到35mg/（kg·d）,观察50例患者的临床症状改变情况和不良反应发生情况.结果 50例患者均完成了药物治疗,其中显效26例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率为80.0％,患者有情绪焦躁、行为异常和嗜睡的不良反应.结论 不同类型婴幼儿癫痫患儿应用左乙拉西坦治疗有明显的治疗效果,特别是部分型和肌阵挛发作患儿治疗效果良好,药物治疗过程中不良反应发生少,是一种安全有效的抗癫痫药物,可以在临床推广.
Objective To explore the effect and safety of levetiracetam in treatment of different types of infant epilepsy. Methods 50 cases of children with different types of infant epilepsy,who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012,were selected as research objects.They were given levetiracetam 10 mg/（kg.d） twice a day for initial total dose after admission.And then,according to actual condition of patients,doses were increased with 5 to 10 mg/（kg.d） per 5 days. 20 to 40 mg/（kg.d） were regarded as maintenance treatment dose,the average dose increased to 35 mg/（kg .d） in about 2 weeks.Clinical symptoms change and adverse reactions occurrence of 50 patients were observed. Results All the 50 cases completed drug therapy,significantly improved in 26 cases,improved in 14 cases,and invalid in 10 cases.The effective rate was 80% .Patients had adverse reactions with anxiety,abnormal behavior and drowsiness. Conclusion Levetiracetam has an obvious therapeutic effect in treatment of different types of infant epilepsy,especially the part type and myoclonic seizure children.Less adverse reaction occurred in the process of drug treatment,so it is a safe and effective antiepileptic drug,it can be widely applied in clinic.
