摘要
[目的 /意义]注重收藏本校以及本校有关出版物和学术文献对建设具有本校特色的文献信息资源体系及建设高校机构知识库至关重要。[方法 /过程]利用定量分析、定性分析、比较分析等研究方法,以116所"211"高校作为研究对象,采用网站访查的方式获得数据,从本校教师著作和学位论文两个方面对高校本校学术文献资源建设及其利用现状进行深入调研分析。[结果 /结论]高校图书馆普遍重视学位论文的收藏,收藏率高达93%,但借阅率偏低,纸本文献总借阅率仅为14%;本校教师著作的收藏率虽然只有47%,但借阅率要高于学位论文;鉴于馆藏空间有限,将两类资源电子化已成为趋势。在电子资源利用程度方面,两种文献尤其是学位论文大多对收藏机构外的用户设置IP权限。两类文献都需要进一步提高其共享性和开放性。
[Purpose/significance ] Properly arehiving publications and academic literatures of university owns and related to university is essential for building a literature information resources system with university characteristics and a university institutional repository. [ Method/process ] To reveal the current practice of academic literature information resources in Chinese university libraries, combined with the quantitative, qualitative and comparative analysis methods and taking 116 ＂Project 211＂ university libraries as samples, this paper collects the data from their websites, investigates and analyzes the status of academic literature resources development and usage from the perspectives of faculty works and de- gree thesis and dissertation. [ Result/conclusion] The results shows that, over 93 % universities pay more attention to col- lecting degree theses and dissertations, but the circulation rate is low with only 14% print resources lending rate. On the other hand, 47% universities collect faculty works, which however receive higher usage. Because of the limited facility space, it has the trends of making these university document resources digitalized and taking the specific IP - address per- mission for outside - institution users to access these resources in many universities. The sharing and openness of these documents should be improved.
