摘要
改革开放以来,河南省城市发展取得了显著成效的同时也积累了诸多问题。进入新的发展时期,河南必须深入贯彻落实中央城市工作会议精神,重点做好构建合理城镇体系、增强城市综合承载能力、加快转变城市发展方式、加强和创新城市治理等方面的工作,通过系统谋划设计、完善城市规划、创新体制机制、改革城市管理模式、推进"双创"工作等一系列举措,力求走出一条健康可持续的城市发展之路。
Since the reform and opening up,the urban development of Henan province has achieved remarkable results,but also accumulated a lot of problems.According to the spirit of the Central Urban Work Conference,there are some key tasks for the sustainable and healthy urban development of Henan in a new period,such as update of the idea,construction of the rational urban system,enhancement of the urban comprehensive carrying capacity,and strengthening and innovation of urban governance.It is necessary for these to design systematically,improve the urban planning,innovate the system and mechanism,reform the model of urban management and support entrepreneurship and innovation.
