摘要
由苯酚、甲醛和二乙烯三胺共缩聚反应制备了酚醛缩二乙烯三胺聚合物(PRD),采用红外光谱仪和凝胶渗透色谱仪等对PRD进行了结构表征,并研究了PRD固化环氧树脂(EP)及PRD配位重金属离子的特性。结果表明:PRD是一种带有—OH、—NH—或—NH2功能基团的高分子化合物;PRD与EP固化交联形成的PRD/EP涂膜具有优良的理化性能,PRD与重金属离子Cu2+配位生成的PRD-Cu涂膜具有良好的热稳定性和催化性能。
The phenol-aldehyde-diethylenetriamine polymer(PRD) was prepared by the reaction of phenol, aldehyde and diethylenetriamine. The structure was characterized by FT-IR and GPC, etc. Then the properties of PRD cured to epoxy resin(EP) and coordinated with heavy metal ions were studied. The results indicated that PRD was the polymeric compound with functional groups such as—OH, —NH—and—NH2. PRD/EP films which were formed by curing and crosslinking PRD and EP had excellent physical and chemical properties. Meanwhile, PRD-Cu films had good thermal stability and catalytic properties, which were coordinated with PRD and copper ions.
