班主任不但是班级的组织者与管理者,更是学生成长的引领者。而学生能否听其言,信其道,这就要看班主任工作的方式与方法了。职业技术学校的班主任需要做的工作比普通高中的班主任多,而且对学生的管理也更为复杂。
A head teacher is not only the organizer and manager of class, but also the leader of student＇s growth. Whether students listen to his words or not, and Whether believing his teaching or not, depends on his work ways. A Vocational school head teacher need to do more than a high school teacher, and student management is also more complex.
