摘要
职业技术教育近年来越来越受到国家等各方的重视,针对中等职业技术学校学生的特点,班主任在管理学生工作方面有着其独特的作用。做好中等职业技术学校班主任工作,对学生能更好的进入社会起着积极的指导作用。
Currently,vocational and technical education was attracting more and more attention from the government and others.For the features of secondary vocational and technical school students,the head teacher has his particular role in the field of administrating students.So,in secondary vocational and technical schools,a good job of the head teacher plays positive guiding role in students＇better integrating into society.
