摘要
加气混凝土吸水率高,使得其强度降低。为了改善加气混凝土性能,研究不同类型的内掺及外涂憎水剂对加气混凝土性能的影响。将经憎水剂处理后的加气混凝土放入水中,测试加气混凝土7d及28d的抗折强度、抗压强度及在不同浸泡时间的吸水率,并结合SEM对于其机理进行分析。结果表明:憎水剂提高了加气混凝土的强度,降低了加气混凝土的吸水率;内掺憎水剂对于加气混凝土的性能改善优于外涂憎水剂。测试掺入了憎水剂的加气混凝土微观结构,内掺型憎水剂降低加气混凝土吸水率,原因是优化了加气混凝土中的孔结构,使孔尺寸变小且分布均匀,同时连通的毛细孔减少。
The strength of aerated concrete reduces due to its high water absorption ratio.In order to improve the mechanical properties of investigate aerated concrete,The influence of different types of internal and external water repellent admixture on the performance of aerated concrete is studied.The flexural strength and compressive strength of 7dand 28 dare measured.The results showed that the water repellent admixture increased the strength of aerated concrete and reduced the water absorption rate of aerated concrete.The improvement of the performance of the water repellent admixture is more effective than that of the water repellent admixture.The microstructure of aerated concrete with water repellent admixture is measured and it shows that water repellent reduced aerated concrete water absorption and optimized the aerated concrete pore structure,leading to the pore size being small and uniform distributed with less connectivity of pores.
