摘要
为研究蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压性能,以铜尾矿、陶瓷抛光泥、石灰及水泥等作为原材料制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块试样,检测不同陶瓷抛光泥含量、不同水泥掺量、不同石灰掺量、不同水料比及不同蒸压养护时间下所制备试样的抗压性能.结果表明,23%的陶瓷抛光泥含量试样的浆体发气高度最低,干密度与抗压强度最高;24%的水泥掺量试样抗压强度更高,水泥掺量的适当提高可提升蒸压加气混凝土砌块的抗压性能;11%的石灰掺量试样抗压强度达到峰值,试样抗压性能最佳;选取水料比为0.68所制备的试样抗压性能更好;7 h的蒸压养护时间所制备的蒸压加气混凝土砌块试样抗压性能最佳.综上所述,在23%的陶瓷抛光泥、24%的水泥、11%的石灰、0.68的水料比及7 h的蒸压养护时间下所制备出的蒸压加气混凝土砌块的抗压性能最佳.
In order to study the compressive properties of autoclaved aerated concrete block,the block samples are prepared with copper tailings,ceramic polishing mud,lime and cement as raw materials.The compressive properties of different samples are tested with different ceramic polishing mud content,different cement content,different lime content,different water-material ratio and different autoclaved curing time.The results show,that the sample's slurry with 23%ceramic polishing mud has the lowest gassing height,the highest dry density and compressive strength.The compressive strength of the sample with 24%cement content is higher,and the compressive performance of autoclaved aerated concrete block can be improved with the appropriate increase of cement content.The compressive strength of the sample with 11%lime content reaches the peak,and the compressive performance is the best.The compressive property of the sample with water-material ratio of 0.68 is better.The compressive performance of autoclaved aerated concrete block sample prepared by 7 h autoclaved curing time is the best.In conclusion,the autoclaved aerated concrete block with 23%ceramic polishing mud,24%cement,11%lime,0.68 water-material ratio and 7 h autoclaved curing time has the best compressive performance.
