IGLL1基因在奶牛乳腺组织中的表达量差异分析 被引量:3

摘要 免疫球蛋白λ多肽1(immunoglobulin lambda-like polypeptide 1,IGLL1)是一种具有编码蛋白质特性的基因,位于17号染色体上。通过本实验室前期的奶牛乳腺组织转录组测序研究表明,IGLL1基因可能对奶牛乳脂的合成代谢产生影响。本试验以中国荷斯坦奶牛乳腺组织为研究对象,选取3头高脂中国荷斯坦奶牛,3头低脂中国荷斯坦奶牛的乳腺组织提取RNA并反转录为c DNA,进行RT-PCR,并对数据进行统计分析,研究IGLL1基因在奶牛乳腺组织中的表达差异。结果显示,该基因在高脂奶牛及低脂奶牛的乳腺组织中均有表达,且高脂奶牛的乳腺组织中的表达量显著高于低脂奶牛的表达量(P=0.037<0.05)。研究表明,IGLL1基因可能对中国荷斯坦奶牛的乳脂的合成或代谢产生影响。该研究为奶牛的优良品种选育提供了试验基础。 IGLL1 is a gene which encode immunoglobulin lambda-like polypeptide 1 located on chromosome 17. Our previous result of transcriptome sequencing showed that IGLL1 may play an important role in milk fat synthesis and metabolism of cows. Therefore, the expression of IGLL1 gene was detected in mammary tissue of three high-fat and three low-fat Chinese Holstein cows by qPCR. The results showed that the expressions of IGLL1 gene in high-fat dairy cow mammary tis- sue were significantly higher than that of low-fat dairy cow mammary tissue (P = 0. 037 d0.05), which suggested that IGLL1 gene may had an impact on the synthesis of milk fat in Chinese Holstein cows.
