摘要
本文研究云南省钉螺的核型,结果其2n=34,核型公式为18m+4sm+8st+2t+性染色体,与作者以往报道的湖北省钉螺的核型公式不同。同时还探讨了钉螺核型在其分类学和血吸虫病流行病学上的意义。
This paper reports the karyotypic studies of Oncomelania snails in Yunnan Province. The results revealed that the karyotype formula is 18m + 4sm+8st + 2t+sex chromosomes. It was different from those of Oncomelania hupensis and O. hupensis fausti. It is suggested that the karyotype data should be valuable in the taxonomy of Oncomelania and in the epidemiologic investigation of Schistosomiasis.
