摘要
为提高农作物病虫害监测预警能力,基于web研究开发覆盖水稻、小麦、玉米、棉花、马铃薯、油菜6种作物病虫害及蝗虫、粘虫、草地螟等重大病虫害数字化监测预警系统,开发病虫监测数据填报、管理和统计分析,以及基于webGIS的农作物重大病虫害监测预警、情报信息发布等功能,并在全国31个省(区、市)及1 100多个病虫测报区域站推广应用,对提高我国农作物重大病虫害监测预警能力发挥了重要作用。
A web-based monitoring and warning system for rice,wheat,maize,cotton,potato and rape diseases and pests was developed to improve the ability of peats monitoring and warning.Functions of data transfer,management and analysis,and MMS sending et al.were attached to the system.The system has applied in 31 provinces and about 1 100 plant protection stations,which is playing more and more important roles in major pests monitoring and warning.
