摘要
将植保知识、Web应用技术、人工智能、地理信息系统(GIS)、决策支持系统(DSS)等有机结合起来,构建了中国马铃薯晚疫病监测预警系统(China-blight),实现了对中国范围内的马铃薯晚疫病进行监测、预测、预警并提供化学防治决策的功能,该系统能够实时接收用户提交的疫情信息并通过多级Web地图直观显示出来,使用户能及时掌握疫病发生程度、动态及地域分布,为薯农及时预防马铃薯晚疫病提供了信息。
Abstract： Based on the knowledge of plant protection, the application of Web technology, arti- ficial intelligence, geographic information system （GIS） and decision support system （DSS）, amonitoring and warning system on potato late blight of China （China-blight） was established. The system can provide the monitoring, prediction, warning, chemical control on Potato LateBlight in nationwide and is capable of receiving user＇s epidemic information in real time. The epidemic situation information is displayed through multi-level web maps by which potatofarmers are easy to master blight occurrence degree, trends and geographical distribution. The system can provide timely prevention message of potato late blight control for farmers.
