摘要
叙述了现有顺酐废气处理工艺存在的问题,及蓄热燃烧法的工作原理、系统组成和工艺特点,分析了顺酐废气组分及多室RTO焚烧工艺流程、焚烧设备的工程设计、废气排放浓度及排放标准,指出,在分析化工企业生产顺丁烯二酸酐过程中产生的有机废气的来源、组分和气量的基础上,通过安装RTO焚烧炉对该类废气进行焚烧处理,完成了对上述工艺废气的高效处置。
Existing prob lems of current maleic acid waste gas treatment technology, the working principle, system composition and technological characteristics of the regenerative combustion method were described, and maleic anhydride gas components,multicellular RTO burning process, burning equipment engineering design, exhaust emission concentration and emission standards were analyzed in this paper. It pointed out that the high treatment efficiency of the organic waste gas was realized by installing multi chamber RTO furnace to perform incineration disposal of this kind of waste gas based on the analysis of the source, physical characteristics and the gas volume of maleic acid waste gas which discharged from chemical enterprises.
