摘要
"双一流建设"需要在国际可比指标上达到一流。世界著名学术评价机构的评价指标体系在一定程度上反映了世界一流大学与一流学科的本质特征,从统计学意义上揭示指标体系所反映的国际共识,对推进"双一流建设"具有重要的参考价值。以全球四个具有学科和大学评价功能的评价指标体系为研究对象,以"三阶段+三维度"的系统分析模式为分析框架展开研究,表明:多维度评价学术组织已成为国际共识;走研究型大学之路是建设世界一流大学的基本策略;教师队伍质量是影响整个学术组织评价结果的关键要素;四大学术评价体系普遍重视学术组织各要素的规模和整体水平。这些研究结论以期对中国实施"双一流建设"有政策意义。
"Dual-class building program" need to achieve the top level on the internationally comparable indicators.Evaluation systems of the world famous university rating agencies reflects the essential characteristics of world-class universities and class disciplines,so revealing the international consensus reflected in the index system from the statistical significance is conducive to promoting the building process of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.In this paper,we take the global evaluation index system along with four disciplines and university evaluation function as the research object,and use research tool of the "three-stage + three dimension" systems analysis mode.Studies have shown that a multi-dimensional evaluation of academic organizations has become an international consensus;forming research universities is basic strategy of building a world-class university;the quality of teachers is the key element affecting the entire evaluation results of academic organization;the overall level and the scale of academic organizations is considered the importance elements.These findings have important policy implications for the implementation of "Dual-class building program in China".
