摘要
综述近年中药防治阿尔茨海默病在氧化应激机制方面的实验研究进展。通过检测氧化应激标志物,研究脑能量代谢相关的ATP酶以及相关信号通路,明确中药对阿尔茨海默病抗氧化治疗的显著作用,提出了今后治疗研究的多重方向。
This paper summarizes the therapeutical effect of traditional Chinese medicine from oxidative stress mechanism on Alzheimer＇s disease in recent years.Through testing markers of oxidative stress,study brain energy metabolism related ATPas and related signal pathway,this paper confirms the significant effect of the traditional Chinese medicine and puts forward the direction of the multiple treatment for future research.
