摘要
目的:探索左归丸对AD模型大鼠SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。方法:用三氯化铝和D-单乳糖复制老年性痴呆模型大鼠,随机分为模型组、西药组、左归丸低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,建立空白对照组;检测大鼠线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与模型组比较,左归丸高剂量组SOD活性显著升高而MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:左归丸能有效提高AD模型大鼠脑组织SOD的活性,降低MDA含量。
Objective:To explore the effects of zou-gui pills on activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA)of AD model mice in cerebral tissue.Methods: The AD models were established in mice with aluminium trichloride and D-galactose,which were grouped into the model group,naofukang group,Zuo-gui pills high-dose group,Zuo-gui pills mid-dose group,Zuo-gui pills lower-dose group,and then the normal group was made,observing the effects of zuo-gui pills on the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA in cerebral tissue in mice.Results: Compared with model group,the activity of S0D of Zuo-gui pills high-dose group increased significantly(P0.05 or P0.01) in cerebral tissue,while the concentration of MDA decreased significantly(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion: zuo-gui pills could markedly increase SOD activity and reduce MDA concentration in cerebral tissue.
