摘要
目的评价坤泰胶囊与激素疗法（MHT）治疗围绝经期综合征的经济学基础。方法查找2000~2015年发表的有关坤泰胶囊和MHT治疗围绝经期综合征的随机对照试验（RCT）文献。按照Cochrane系统评价方法进行筛选,采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析,研究两药的临床有效率、安全性和成本情况。结果 1坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征临床有效率高于激素（P〈0.05）;2坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征安全性优于激素（P〈0.05）;3临床有效率每升高1个百分点坤泰胶囊所需费用15.2元,激素所需费用12.5元。结论较激素而言,坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征有效率高、安全性好,临床可酌情运用。
Objective To evaluate the economic value of Kuntai Capsule and hormones in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Articles of randomized controlled trial were enrolled and screened by Cochrane system from 2000 to 2015 years regarding Kuntai Capsule and hormones in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. The data were analyzed by Revman 5. 3 software. to determine the effective rate,safety and cost. Results 1The clinical effective rate was higher of Kuntai Capsule than hormones（ P 0. 05）; 2The safety was superior of Kuntai Capsule to hormones（ P 0. 05）; 3With the increase of effective rate by 1%,the cost of Kuntai Capsule increased by 15. 2 yuan,while the hormones by 12. 5 yuan. Conclusion Compared with hormones,Kuntai Capsule is efficient and safe in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. They can be used on individual condition.
