摘要
数控电解机械复合抛光是一种全新的加工技术,其集合了数控加工、电解加工和机械擦削的优点,由数控机床控制复合阴极走刀轨迹,在电化学阳极溶解原理的基础上,采用机械方法去除钝化膜,实现对难加工材料复杂型面的柔性、高效光整。
NC electrochemical mechanical polishing is a new processing technology,integrating CNC machining,electrochemical machining and mechanical trimming,with CNC lathes used to control the composite cathodes trajectory,with passive film removed with a mechanical method based on the basic principles of electrochemical anodic dissolution to achieve flexible and efficient processing of complex surface materials hard to be process.
