摘要
胃溃疡属于消化道溃疡性疾病,是消化疾病中的常见病及多发病。本文作者查阅了近5年有关胃溃疡的文献资料,分别从病因病机、辨证分型、专病论治、体会等方面对本病做一综述,并对其发展方向进行展望。中医药在胃溃疡治疗上发挥重要作用,疗效越来越得到认可,但目前的研究仍有不足之处,需引起各位医者的重视与思考。
Gastric ulcer belongs to peptic ulcer disease, and is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease in digestive diseases. In this paper, the authors reviewed in recent five years literatures about gastric ulcer, respectively from the etiology and patho-genesis, treatment based on syndrome differentiation type, treatment on special disease, experience, etc to do a review of the disease,and its development direction were discussed. Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of gastric ulcer, and the cu-rative effect is more and more recognized. But there are still some deficiencies in the present research, which should arouse the med-ical workers＇ attention and thinking.
