摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗瘀血阻络型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将我科130例瘀血阻络型消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采取常规口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊等西医治疗措施,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合辛温通络法辨证施治措施,两组患者均治疗10d为一疗程,3个疗程后对比临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率92.31%,明显优于对照组73.85%,x2=7.88,P<0.01;治疗组不良反应发生率4.62%,明显低于对照组15.38%,x2=4.19,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗瘀血阻络型消化性溃疡疗效确切,安全可靠,是一种西方医学与传统医学相结合的现代治疗模式,值得临床和科研继续进一步研究和推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine on treating blood stasis blocking collaterals peptic ulcer.Methods： 130 cases of blood stasis peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment groups,control group to take the conventional omeprazole enteric-coated capsules doctors treatment,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of tie in with the Xinwen Tongluo method differential treatment measures,two groups of patients were treated for 10d for a course,and compare the clinical efficacy of three courses.Results： The total efficiency of 92.31% than the control group 73.85%,x2= 7.88,P0.01;4.62% treatment group,incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group,15.38%,x2= 4.19,P0.05.Conclusion： Integrative treatment of bleeding resistance network type of peptic ulcer efficacy,safe and reliable,is a combination of a Western medicine and traditional medicine,modern treatment modalities,it is worth to continue to further study and promotion of clinical and research.
