摘要
作者结合国内外已有研究,编制了中学政治教师职业认同问卷。文章通过对30名中学政治教师预测和200名中学政治教师正式施测,采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对问卷进行分析,结果表明:此项研究编制的《中学教师职业认同量表》包含24个项目,分属于三个因子:职业自我认知、职业效能体认和职业行为评价。量表具有较好的信效度,可用于测量一线中学政治教师的职业认同状况。
Combined with domestic and foreign research, draw up the questionnaire of middle school politics teachers' professional identity. After predict to 30 middle school politics teachers and formal test to 200 middle school politics teachers, the questionnaires were analyzed using the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The re- suits show that the Middle School Politics Teachers~ Professional Identification Scale contains 24 items, belonging to three factors: the occupational of self--awareness, the recognize professional efficacy and the evaluation of professional conduct. The scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure politics teachers professional identity status.
