摘要
[目的]将不同结构类型或作用机制的活性基团或官能团进行组合或拼接,寻找高活性的吡唑酰脲类化合物。[方法]通过将唑虫酰胺结构中的酰胺基团改造成为酰脲基团,设计合成一系列吡唑酰脲类化合物。[结果]合成了10个结构新颖的吡唑酰脲类化合物,结构经过1H NMR和Elemental Analysis确证。[结论]杀虫活性测试结果表明部分化合物在1 mg/L时对甜菜夜蛾具有较高的致死率。
[Aims] The purpose of this article is to search for novel pyrazole acylureas with high biological activity by combining or stitching active groups or functional groups with different structure or mechanism of action. [Methods] A series of novel pyrazole acylureas were designed and synthesized by transforming amide group of tolfenpyrad into ureide group. [Results] Ten novel pyrazole acylureas were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by ~H NMR and elemental analysis. [Conclusions] The insecticidal activity tests against beet armyworm indicated that some of the compounds showed higher activity at 1 mg/L.
