摘要
随着我国科技水平的不断发展进步,科技人才在科技企业中越来越受到重视。而在科技企业中,科技管理人员则起到企业中顶梁柱的作用,很多科技管理人才在科技企业的发展和管理过程中都起到了重要作用。但是,很多科技企业中的科技管理人员在很多事情上表现出能力不足,不能够胜任本职工作,具体表现在知识、能力、工作态度等多方面的欠缺,给科技企业的生存发展带来了一定的影响。
With the development and progress of sci-tech level of China, sci-tech talents of sci-tech enterprises have attached more and more attention. Sci-tech managers play a pillar role in sci-tech enterprises. However, many sci-tech managers are lack of capacity and can not be competent at their jobs, specific performance are in lack of knowledge, ability and work attitude, which has brought a certain impact on the survival and development of sci-tech enterprises.
