摘要
结合国内外科技管理的水平与现状 ,阐述了有效的科技管理对于高素质的创新型管理人才的迫切需求 ,并结合山西省科技系统的情况 ,提出了技术创新管理培训教育实施意见。
Connecting with the level and present situation of sci-tech management at home and abroad,this paper expounds the urgent demand of effective sci-tech management for innovative managing talents with high quality, and puts forward some suggestions about implementing the training and education on technological innovation management according to the circumstances of sci-tech system of Shanxi Province.
