摘要
目的探讨布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎诊治特点,特别是在MRI上的特征,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析本院第一例确诊的布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎并文献复习该病的影像学表现及诊治。结果布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎的影像学表现较为复杂多样、特异性不强,MRI具有重要价值。结论MRI对布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis spondylitis,finding characteristics showed on MRI,in order to improve the knowledge of this disease. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the first case of brucellosis spondylitis in our hospital and reviewed the literature about diagnosis, treatment and imaging findings of brucellosis spondylitis. Results Imaging findings of brucellosis spondylitis were complicated,diverse and non specificity,but MRI had significant value. Conclusion MRI has significant value in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of brucellosis spondylitis.
