摘要
德国"双元制"职业教育呈现一元突出,二元并进,行业统筹,政府分管的多元主体特点。职业教育教学法倡导以学生为中心,尊重学生主体地位,这不仅体现在微观课堂,而且从中学分流已经开始。德国职业教育经验对我国的启示在于,强化政府在专业标准和课程标准制定方面的主导作用,力推现代学徒制,以行动导向教学法应用为抓手,推动教学方法改革纵深发展,系统推进职教改革。
As the two prominent features of German vocational education, dual system and vocational teaching methods make the German technicians the way they are. The dual system emphasizes the importance of one system while keeping a balance between the two, demonstrating the close cooperation between industries and the government. Vocational education methods, starting as early as high- school, advocate a student-centered approach of teaching, which is reflected in the classroom on the micro level. The experiences of German vocational education bring enlightenments to the administration, school management, educational reform and teaching reform of China.
