摘要
目的:对妇产科实施护士绩效考核管理的方法及效果进行评价分析,为今后的临床管理工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法:根据医院的绩效考核制度,将妇产科护士完成临床护理工作的数量、质量以及护士的医德规范、教育培训几个方面制度绩效考核方案,并开展月绩效考核,将考核结果作为护士绩效奖金分配、评先评优、外出学习培训的主要依据。对2013年5月初次考核和2014年12月末次考核结果进行对比分析。结果:对比发现,末次考核总得分为(95.56±2.32)分,患者满意度为99.78%,较初次考核的总得分发生明显升高(P<0.05),并且患者满意度高于初次考核(P<0.05)。结论:对护士实施绩效考核管理对于规范护理管理,提高护理服务质量具有重要意义,可有效提高患者满意度,值得关注并推广。
Objective:To analyze the methods and effects of implementing nurse performance appraisal management in obstetrics and gynecology department to provide valuable reference information for future clinical management.Methods:According to medical standard performance appraisal system,quantity and quality of clinical nursing,medical ethics standard and educational training of nurses were considered to make appraisal plan,the monthly performance appraisal was conducted,performance evaluation results were taken as reference of bonus distribution and training.The first assessment and appraised,out of the main basis for learning and training.Compare the first assessment result in May 2013 and the last assessment result in December 2014.Results:Through comparison,the last total appraisal score was(95.56±2.32)points,patients' satisfaction was 99.78%,significantly higher than the first total appraisal score(P<0.05),and significantly higher than the patients' satisfaction at the first assessment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nurses performance appraisal management has important significance for standardized nursing management and nursing quality,which can effectively improve patients' satisfaction and is worthy of attention and promotion.
