摘要
目的研究观察将风险管理应用于妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法按相应研究标准2014年1月—2017年1月间选取100例在该院妇产科接受诊治的患者作为研究对象,以护理管理方法为依据,将患者分成对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。其中,对照组采用常规护理管理方法,观察组在常规护理管理基础上增加使用护理风险管理,以两组不良事件发生率、患者满意度比较作为观察指标。结果观察组患者不良事件发生率为4%,明显低于对照组患者不良事件发生率28%;另外,观察组患者满意度为92%,明显高于对照组患者满意度68%(P<0.05)。结论风险管理能够明显提高妇产科护理管理水平,控制风险因素、降低不良事件发生率,从而提高患者满意度。
Objective To research the application effect of risk management in the nursing management in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 100 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects according to the corresponding research standards and nursing management method, with 50 cases in each, th control group used the routine nursing management method, while the observation group used the nursing risk management on the basis of the control group, and the incidence rate of adverse events, and satisfactory degree of patients were used as the observation indicators. Results The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group as obviously lower than that in the control group（4% vs 28%）, besides, the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（92% vs 68%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk management can obviously improve the nursing management level in the department of gynecology and obstetrics, control the risk factors and reduce the incidence rate of adverse events thus improving the satisfactory degree of patients.
