生物菌剂对烟草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为研究生物菌剂仙丰168和木霉菌对烟草种子萌发、早期幼苗生长及生理生化指标的影响,利用生物菌剂不同浓度对烟草种子浸种,考察种子萌发、早期幼苗形态及叶片叶绿素、MDA、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、细胞膜透性和SOD、POD、CAT酶活性等生理生化指标。结果表明:仙丰168和木霉菌处理均对烟草种子萌发有一定的抑制作用,其中,仙丰168浓度为10g/L时对烟草种子萌发的抑制作用最小,其发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数与清水对照(CK)最接近;在幼苗期,仙丰168和木霉菌处理均能增加细胞膜透性,对烟草生长发育有一定的促进作用,其中,仙丰168在10g/L浓度处理与对照相比,其烟草幼苗具有较高的株高、鲜重、主根长、横向根长和茎粗,叶片叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量显著增加,SOD和POD活性明显提高,且MDA含量降低。 The seed germination,seedling morphology at early stage,content of leaf chlorophyll,MDA,soluble protein,and proline,cell membrane permeability and activity of SOD,POD and CAT of tobacco plants grown from tobacco seeds soaked with different concentration of different biological agents were determined to study the effect of Xianfeng 168(a biological agent)and Trichoderma on seed germination,seedling growth and the index of physiological and biochemical of tobacco seedlings at early growth stage.Results:Xianfeng 168 and Trichodermaboth have a certain inhibition effect on germination of tobacco seeds.Xianfeng 168 with 10g/L concentration is the minimum inhibition effect on germination of tobacco seeds,and the germination rate,vigor and index is close to CK(water treatment).Xianfeng168 and Trichodermatreatments both can increase cell membrane permeability of tobacco seedlings,which is of a promotion effect on growth and development of tobacco seedlings.The treatment of tobacco seeds soaked with Xianfeng 168 with 10 g/L concentration can significantly increase seedling height,fresh weight,main root length,lateral root length,stem diameter,leaf chlorophyll and proline content of tobacco seedlings,obviously improve leaf SOD and POD activity of tobacco seedlings and reduce leaf MDA content.
