摘要
特发性肺间质纤维化因其高致死、致残率引起了国内外呼吸界的关注。目前西医治疗IPF处于束手无策之境,而中医药在IPF的治疗研究方面已取得了较佳疗效,是一种有研究潜力的治疗方法,但临床对于IPF的中医辨证、用药方面尚无公认规范,且缺乏明确的高质量的对照实验研究,其疗效需要进一步开展大样本、高质量的随机对照研究,从而更深入地揭示中医药治疗该病的本质,以指导临床用药。
Idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis has caused the attention at home and abroad due to its high mortality and disability rate.At present,western medicine treatment of IPF is in a helpless environment,but traditional Chinese medicine has achieved better effect in the treatment of IPF and it is a potential method.However,there is no generally accepted standard of TCM syndrome differentiation and using and people lack a clear high quality control experiment.Consequently,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of IPF needs to further develop a large sample,high quality randomized controlled study.It will help doctors to reveal the essence of TCM in treating IPF at a deeper level,guiding the use of Chinese medicine.
