摘要
互联网时代现代物流业呈现出更加便捷化、专业化、快速化以及稳定化的发展趋势,这对物流业人才培养提出了新的要求。本文从市场和高校的角度,剖析了"互联网+"背景下长沙市现代物流人才发展存在的主要问题及其原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。
In the Internet Era, modern logistics industry shows a more convenient, professional, rapid and stable development trend, so the cultivation of logistics talents needs to meet new requirements. From market and college, this paper analyzes the main problems and causes in the development of modern logistics talent in the city of Changsha under the ＂Internet ＋＂background, and based on which it proposes corresponding countermeasures.
