摘要
鸡传染性喉气管炎是大鸡群易发的一种严重呼吸道疾病,对养禽业有巨大威胁。本文就鸡传染性喉气管炎的病原、基因组及蛋白、流行病学等方面进行了综述,并根据疫苗的研究进展,分析了基因工程疫苗的优缺点及应用前景,以期为鸡传染性喉气管炎的有效防控提供帮助。
Avian infectious laryngotracheitis is a kind of serious respiratory disease infected in large chicken flocks, which takes a great threaten to poultry. This paper summarized the pathogen, genome and protein, epidemiology of ILT, analyzed the advantage, disadvantage and the application prospects of genetic engineering vaccine. It was aimed at offering some help for preventing and controling AILT.
