摘要
半数致死量及类似生物效应指标测定是筛选评价新药物、评价病原菌抗药性的重要工作,笔者对国内关于半数致死量及类似生物效应指标测算方法的研究进展进行了全面评述,提出了不同专业背景人群的最适合使用的方法。
Determination of median lethal dose （LD50） and similar biological effect indicators is critical for new drug discovery and development, as well as pathogen resistance evaluation. A comprehensive review of the current research progress on the calculation methods of LD50 was conducted, and the most suitable methods for researchers with different professional backgrounds were discussed.
