摘要
为了进一步开展低温、常温集输,降低天然气消耗,摸索低温集输的方法,采用分时段进行低温和常温混合集输方式,改进站内站外的管线集输流程,改进掺水泵变频器的匹配及加药破乳等方法进行低温集输,低温、常温集输6个月,平均日节气8.2×10~4m^3,累计节气2992.4×10~4m^3。
In order to develop low temperature and normal temperature gathering & transportation process, reduce the natural gas consumption and find the low temperature gathering & transportation method, the low temperature and normal temperature mixing gathering & transportation process has been adopted in multi-period, the pipeline gathering & transportation process, frequency converter matching for water- blending pump and dosing demulsification method have been im-proved. The low temperature and normal temperature gathering & transportation process has been used for 6 months. 8.2 × 10~4m^3/d natural gas has been saved, total 2 992.4 × 10~4m^3 natural gas has been saved.
