摘要
目的研究新疆一枝蒿全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并通过~1 H-NMR、^(13) C-NMR等波谱分析和理化常数推断新疆一枝蒿全草中化合物的结构。结果从新疆一枝蒿提取物中分离得到了6种化合物,分别为7-羟基香豆素、豆甾醇、一枝蒿酮酸、洋艾素、紫花牡荆素、绿原酸。结论新疆一枝蒿中分离得到6种化合物,其中7-羟基香豆素、豆甾醇、绿原酸为首次从新疆一枝蒿中分离得到。
Objective In order to study the chemical constituents from herb of Artemisia rupestris L.Methods Using silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography methods were used to isolate and purify,and by 1 H-NMR,13C-NMR spectral analysis and physicochemical constants infer structure of Artemisia rupestris whole plant compounds.Results Six compounds have isolated from the herb of Artemisia rupestris L.,and their structures have identified as umbelliferone,Stigmasterol,rupestonic acid,artemetin,casticin）,chlorogenic acid.Conclusion There are six kinds of compounds in Artemisia rupestris,which 7-hydroxycoumarin,stigmasterol,chlorogenic acid is first isolated from Artemisia rupestris L.
